Ok so we are riding on the sheer trend, but the Barong Tagalog has always been sheer, and these pants are made of the same material very commonly used for barongs, jusi. Are we jumping on the trend, or have we always been ahead? You decide. These pants have an elastic and drawstring waist, two pockets, and a mildly cropped length (depends on your height obvi). Pair with your natural jusi barong for a sleek monochromatic look.
Material and Care Instructions
- Made of jusi (silk / polyester blend)
- Spot or fully hand wash with mild soap, do not wring. Dry flat, not in direct sun. Dry clean only when absolutely necessary, to avoid drying out the silk (this causes the fabric to break and tear). Steaming will cause crinkles, follow with iron on low to medium heat (silk setting).
