VINTA Gallery Inc. ships all orders via Canada Post.
Fees displayed on the website are in USD and are exclusive of taxes. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout.
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
All in-stock RTW orders are processed and shipped out on Wednesdays and Fridays.

All products with a minimum subtotal of $100USD include standard shipping within Canada and the US.** International destinations require a shipping fee.
Before you finalize your order, you will be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery dates depending on the delivery address.
Standard Shipping: Please allow 9-11 business days for delivery within Canada, and 9-12 business days for delivery within the Continental US. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping includes insurance coverage up to $100CAD only.
Expedited Shipping: Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery within Canada, and 4-8 business days for delivery within the Continental US. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Expedited Shipping includes complimentary $100CAD liability coverage. You must purchase additional coverage at the same time the order is placed should you wish to increase the amount insured.
Xpresspost Shipping: Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery within Canada, and 3-4 business days for delivery within the Continental US. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Xpresspost Shipping includes complimentary $100CAD liability coverage. You must purchase additional coverage at the same time the order is placed should you wish to increase the amount insured.
International Shipping: Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery outside North America. It is mandatory to purchase liability coverage at the same time your order is placed.
**Due to the impacts of COVID-19, all international shipments (including those destined to the US) require liability coverage, available only with Expedited and Xpresspost shipping.

During promotional and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to P.O. box addresses.
Kindly note that all projected arrival dates are estimates and not guaranteed as a result of international customs inspections, which are known to cause delays on occasion.
All orders include a tracking number.
Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.
We attempt to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delays in receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a complete shipping address.
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can get you sorted.
If you refuse your order, or any part of it, without authorization from us, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges.
RISK OF LOSS & LIABILITY COVERAGE
The risk of loss for products purchased passes to the customer upon our delivery to Canada Post (or other carrier). Replacement of products and credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation and the investigation of Canada Post and USPS (where applicable). In the case that your shipment is officially deemed lost by Canada Post, we will refund you up to the insured amount purchased at the time you placed your original order.
Should you wish to purchase liability coverage totalling more than $800USD, contact us at email@example.com.
TAXES & DUTIES
There are no customs or duties fees due for any orders shipped within Canada. Orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada may have duties and additional taxes charged to the customer. We cannot control this and these fees are therefore neither included nor refundable.
