VINTA’s Wedding and (non-wedding) Couture order process starts with 1 garment design with 3 (three) tweaks, based on client’s inspiration images and a consultation video call. Based on the design, options for fabric type, colour matching, custom embroidery, beading, and overall embellishment must be discussed, as this will affect pricing.  To start the process, a non-refundable $7000 deposit is required, which will go toward the client’s order. This deposit is refundable in case we are not able to fulfill your order for whatever reason. Please note that if the client decides not to move forward with the order, ONLY 50% of the deposit will be refunded. However, the deposit will no longer be refundable once the order is in production.

Once the design has been approved by the client, full payment is required to start production. Couture orders include one fitting muslin that will be shipped to you for your approval, to ensure a perfect fit. We offer no refunds, but we will pay for a tailor to get the final garment fit adjusted further if need be, up to a maximum of $200 per garment. Offer is invalid if client loses/gains significant weight from the time measurements are taken.

Please allow at least 1 full year in advance of your event date for this process.
Note that we only take a maximum of five (5) wedding and non-wedding couture clients per year in total.


Pricing is in US Dollars and includes shipping to anywhere in North America, but not applicable to brokerage or tariffs. Custom order shipments come in from Manila, Philippines, and we cannot guarantee that the package will not get held up in customs, so please give yourself enough breathing room for delivery. Insurance coverage for the shipping is extra. Expedited shipping is extra.
