A: VINTA Gallery is a Canadian company based in Toronto, where we sell our products direct to the global consumer through our website.
Q: WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
A: All VINTA labelled products are crafted by Master Estelita Lagman and the VINTA team of skilled sewers in our own atelier (NOT outsourced) in Parañaque City.
Q: WHERE DO YOU SOURCE THE MATERIALS FOR YOUR GARMENTS?
A: We source all kinds of beautiful, ethically produced, hand-loomed textiles from weavers directly across the Philippines, as well as imported fabrics (mostly Korea). All the silk we use is imported from China. For more details, check out our blog post about it here.

Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CUSTOM ORDER, READY-TO-WEAR, AND COUTURE?
Made to Measure/Custom Order: Ordering a made-to-measure garment, or a garment of an existing design, with customizations including specific measurements, colour/prints, types of fabric, added embellishment, etc. A custom order will have a fee of $250 and up, on top of the listed price, depending on types of customization. A custom order takes a minimum of 4 months for delivery. Rush orders require at least 3 months for delivery with a fee of $200. All Custom Orders require full payment to start the order.

Ready-to-Wear: Our Ready-to-Wear (RTW) or “off-the-rack” offering is always limited because of our atelier’s capacity to produce the clothing. With that in mind, we often only make 1 to 3 pieces of each design in each size. Sizing ranges vary depending on the design. RTW stock ships out from Toronto, Canada.

Q: WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM? CAN I EXPEDITE MY SHIPPING? CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Q: I BOUGHT THE WRONG SIZE. CAN I EXCHANGE MY GARMENT?
A: Yes, we allow exchanges of ready-to-wear garments; but the customer must pay for shipping costs to return the garment to us, as well as the shipping costs for the replacement item to be sent to the customer. Click here to read more.
Q: WHERE CAN I FIND PRODUCT SIZING INFORMATION?
A: Every ready-to-wear garment will have a sizing chart at the bottom of the page. These sizing charts will have actual garment measurements. To find out how to measure yourself properly, check out our measurement videos tutorials here.
