Exchange Policy


All Bespoke and Couture garment orders are FINAL. We do not offer refunds, but we will pay for a local tailor to get the fit of your garment adjusted once it arrives, if need be. Tailoring reimbursement is invalid if you lose/gain a lot of weight from the time measurements are taken. 


All sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds for any of our products. We allow exchanges of garments* and the customer must pay for shipping costs to return the garment to us, as well as the shipping costs for the replacement item to be sent to the customer.

To be eligible for exchanges, you must first email us within seven (7) days of receiving the product to alert us of the defect or wrong size, and then return the product to us. Upon our receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if one is available. If a replacement is not available, we will provide a store credit equal to the price of the item. We typically produce only 1-3 garments in each size, and by the time a customer requests an exchange, the next size is often out of stock. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP YOUR GARMENT EXCHANGE UNTIL INSTRUCTIONS HAVE BEEN SENT VIA EMAIL.

The sizing chart provided at the bottom of each ready-to-wear product is totally accurate and specific to that particular garment only. We urge you to consult the sizing chart, and cross check with your own actual body measurements  in order to guarantee a perfect fit and avoid disappointment.

Coming from the old school couturier way of making garments, we always recommend good tailoring for any ready-to-wear "standard" sizing -- because every body is different, and while fast fashion has led us to believe off-the-rack clothing should fit everybody, it never does. We make our garments with enough seam allowances that you could very well adjust some dimensions so your VINTA garment fits you like a glove. Trust us, it's worth it.
